b) Failed or Incorrect Service
- If the service delivered is significantly different from what was booked
- If the issue is reported within 24 hours of service completion
👉 Refund may be:
- Full refund, or
- Partial refund, or
- Free re-service (at our discretion)
c) Payment Failure / Double Payment
- If your payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed
- If you are charged twice for the same booking
👉 You will receive a full refund of the excess amount
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Service has been successfully completed
- Issues reported after the allowed complaint window (24 hours)
- Customer dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons (e.g., preference-based concerns)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Denial of access or unavailability at service location
- Minor service delays beyond our control
4. Cancellation Charges
Refund eligibility depends on when the booking is cancelled:
- Before service professional is assigned: Full refund
- After assignment but before arrival: Partial refund (may include cancellation fee)
- After professional arrives or service starts: No refund
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
- For cash payments, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit
6. Inspection & Verification
Fixyt reserves the right to:
- Investigate refund claims
- Request proof (photos/videos)
- Contact the service professional
Refund decisions will be made after verification.

Fixyt acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent service providers.
While we strive to ensure quality, refunds are handled based on platform policies and service circumstances.
