We act as a technology intermediary and are not the direct service provider unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse

5. Booking & Service Process

  • Services can be booked via the website or app
  • Once a booking is confirmed, it forms a binding service request
  • Service timing depends on availability of professionals
  • Fixyt does not guarantee immediate availability

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed on the platform or communicated before booking
  • Payments may include:
    • Service charges
    • Material costs (if applicable)
    • Taxes (GST or applicable taxes)
  • Payment methods may include:
    • Online payment (UPI, cards, wallets)
    • Cash (if available)

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel bookings before a specified time window
  • Late cancellations may attract a fee
  • No refund after service has started or completed
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

8. Service Delivery & Warranty

  • Services are considered complete once delivered
  • Limited warranty may apply to specific services
  • Warranty does NOT cover:
    • Misuse or negligence
    • External damage
    • Third-party interference

9. User Responsibilities

  • Fixyt does not guarantee quality but strives to maintain standards
  • Any dispute may be reviewed, but liability is limited

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fixyt is not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of data, income, or property
    • Service delays or cancellations
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Fixyt (logo, design, text, software) is our property
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reuse without permission

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
